Tasting Notes
Wine Enthusiast 90
A wine with structure as well as ripe, generous red fruits, this is both crisp and smoothly textured. Acidity, a touch of tannin and spice join fruitiness in a wine that could age. Drink from late 2021.

Another negociant bottling, Minuty’s 2020 Cotes de Provence Rose Prestige is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Tibouren. Also pale copper-salmon in color, it offers up scents of crushed stone, sea spray, underripe peaches and melons, plus hints of garrigue. Light to medium-bodied, it’s lean and streamlined on the palate, finishing tart and crisp. While the M de Minty is more obviously rose, this comes across as almost white wine-like in style.
Vinous 92
Diaphanous orange-pink. Bright and sharply focused on the nose, displaying red berry, nectarine and orange zest aromas, plus floral and mineral overtones. Fresh strawberry and blood orange flavors show very good depth and are braced by a sharpening jolt of juicy acidity. The floral note repeats on the lively finish, which lingers with very good tenacity.
Anticipated maturity: 2021-2023
