On Tuesday 5th July we had the pleasure of co-hosting, alongside winemaker Travis Braithwaite, the UK launch dinner of the soon-to-release, innovative project, Pangaea. A joint venture between Travis and world renowned oenologist, ‘the king of the blend’, Michel Rolland, together they are breaking boundaries to create a spectacular wine of the world. In short, blending varietals from the greatest wine growing sites all over the globe into one bottle. Guests enjoyed kicking things off with 2013 Pol Roger, followed by the 2015, 2016 and 2017 vintages of Pangaea, accompanied by the excellent, Michelin-starred Portland’s Beef Wellington.
